Location: St Johns Rd, Shanklin, Isle of Wight

Scope: A 3 storey block of 6 flats including a high spec roof apartment.

Project Features: Designed on two different levels. The roof was a completely engineered cut roof incorporating ring beams and complex designed steel framework.
