Seacroft

Location: Lake Hill, Lake, Isle of Wight

Scope: Social Housing project comprising of 19 flats in 2No 3 storey Blocks.

Project Features: A phased completion of tight timelines was achieved with the use of factory fitted pre insulated panels and floor cassettes. The design incorporated cantilevered floor zones to achieve the desired effect of the ‘hardi plank’ cladding.
