Assembly Erect Team

Our fully qualified and dedicated team of erectors work to the very highest of standards, completing all works to Trada tolerances, our aim is to provide the following as standard:

1. Pre-determination of erection program and prepare schedule of works, providing all risk assessments and methods statements
2. Erect all panels load bearing partitions internally and externally
3. Erect all floor joists and deck where specified
4. Precise assembly of cut and pre-manufactured floor and roof components     including all bracing 
5. Roof sheathing and firrings pieces
6. Fascia, soffit and barge assembly including all ventilation products to roof
7. Fitting of pre-glazed windows and doors (UPVC only)
8. Fitting of all cavity closers
9. All required fire breaks 
10. Strict observance of time constraints, regardless of weather
11. Ability to ensure and promote good customer relations
12. Following strict H&S programmes in conjunction with site managers
